Lake 5: We have recently Discovered that this lake holds at least 1 Cat fish which has been estimated to be around 45 lb. Even with this fish in the lake some great sport is still being had by many anglers.
Double red maggot for hook bait and 3 or 4 as light loose feed every cast, will help you catch nice roach and skimmers and the odd carp.
Carp are now beginning to feed. Carp up to 10lbs have been caught so far this month.
The lake water is looking good with a light ripple most of the time, this makes it good float fishing.
