1st September 2020 - Change to opening hours.

As stated on the front page, due to the shortening of daylight hours we are now opening from dawn to dusk.
For the sake of clarity we are defining Dawn as 1 hour before Sunrise and Dusk as 1 hour after Sunset,
where Sunrise and Sunset are the times stated on typical mobile phone weather apps.

Actual gate opening times will still be dependant on when one of the trustees or bailiffs actually gets there to unlock
although members may let themselves in from 1 hour before sunrise.

Please also note that if you are the last person to leave, please close and lock the gate on your way out,
even if it is before Dusk.

For reference : as at 1st September 2020, Sunrise was 6:12am and Sunset was 7:47pm

12th May 2019 - Dip Tanks.

It has been decided to remove the 2 dip tanks from half way down Lake 4 and at the top of Lake 5.
There is now a single dip tank on entry to the site

THIS MUST BE USED FOR NETS AND MATS PRIOR TO FISHING

This decision has been taken to enable us to better maintain the dip tank and thus complement the biosecurity of the site.

Please ensure you dip all nets and mats on entry to the site, and if moving from one lake to another, thank you.
