Earlier on in the year, the lakes were dredged - a fantastic job carried out by (...).

(...) also filled in lake 2 in preparation for the 'garden for the blind' planned for next year.

The work carried out these past few months were based on the original plans drawn up by Dennis Manderson many years ago - his dream is coming true.

Evidence again of a truly remarkable job carried out by (...). The banks have been raised on lake two to offer some wind protection.

And new swims dug out on lake 3 (the predator lake) to make for easier access for our anglers.

Can you imagine the tonnes of silt dug out of these lakes? In time these mounds of silt will be distributed around the lakes to reinforce embankments and offer wind protection.
